Mark ranches along with his wife Karin close to the Saskatchewan/Montana border. Mark and Karin enjoy their family which includes some grandchildren. They enjoy their church family and are involved as one of the teams that lead worship at their local congregation. Mark and Karin also travel to other congregations, when asked, to share through music and speaking. Mark was invited to join the board during the summer of 2015 and has committed to a two year term. He brings to the board a wide variety of boardroom experience from Credit Union and Coop to Agribition and several other livestock organizations. Mark comes on board to help in the establishment of Governance and Sustainability Policies for the future of Broken Arrow. He has a desire to see Broken Arrow achieve its potential.

Blair joined our BAYR Board in 2019.  He brings 30 plus years of business background and a passion to encourage personal and professional growth.  Blair and Deb are now working in business ministry while growing 3 new businesses.  Business coaching and individual mentoring, a dog boarding business, and a corporate and individual retreat B&B.  Blair and Deb served as campus pastors in Redvers with PAOC as well as various church positions from Board, youth and Sunday school leaders.  Blair is also active on the board of CLI (cli.international).  They have 3 grown children and presently 2 grandchildren.  

Scott is originally from Regina, presently now in Estevan.  His beginning is of Baptist roots.  He asked Christ into his life during his teen years, and has had a personal relationship with Jesus since then.  At present he attends the Alliance Church in Estevan, and has served on many committees within the church body for 41 years.  He and Norinne have been married for 25 years, and have two very active sons.  Rayce is a mechanic, and Jordan - soon to be a mechanic (his children), have been active within the Estevan Alliance Church.

God has blessed them as a family with love, peace and blessings, and the knowledge and acceptance of knowing Christ as their Saviour.  God has marked them as a family with the ability of having organizational management skills. His family is presently involved with an Oil Service Company, Bus Company and with numerous hotels in their management care.  His gift to Broken Arrow as a present Board Member is - prayer, business experience and financial commitment.  God is in control!

Bill was born in Bengough, Sask. to parents who were teachers/farmers.  He attended Western Christian College, Weyburn for high school and the University of Regina where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology.  He trained as an Electroneurophysiolgy Tech and Cardiology Tech at the Pasqua Hospital where he later became Team Leader and manager for the Cardi-Neuro Diagnostic Lab of the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region.  After 40 years in health care he retired in 2015 and now currently lives in Grand Coulee, Saskatchewan.  

Along with his wife Cindy, they have a blended family of 6 children and twelve grandchildren.  Bill enjoys building projects, whether for themselves or for their children, snowmobiling, riding his Vespa scooter and playing his guitar.  He and his wife Cindy are actively involved with Gentle Road Church of Christ in Regina, where they have placed membership.  He has been on the Board of Directors of Broken Arrow Youth Ranch since July of 2019, and they see a tremendous work being done with youth and families.  

Todd, Lara and Gina have been an inspiration and encouragement over the last while, and they look forward to serving Broken Arrow Youth Ranch in any way they can.
